When (learned that we would be moving to TX and needed to sell our S&S home on Teagan Circle, I selected Dave because he had previously produced good results for my next door neighbor and another across the street in the previous year or two. We initially listed our home in June of 2000, and immediately, from our neighbors and other realtors, heard what a fine and reputable agent we had enlisted. Unfortunately, after five unsuccessful months on the market, we decided to expire our listing and regroup. During those five months, Mn Wilkinson worked tirelessly advertising, arranging Open House showings, both for the public and realtors, and patiently answered our endless questions and concerns about our home. At no time did Mr. Wilkinson give us false hope or a sense of unrealistic expectations.
